The Saunders Online Executive MBA Program

Throughout the online EMBA program you will communicate with your faculty and peers via email, discussions boards, chat rooms and conference calls. The Saunders International Experience is a great opportunity to meet in person those who you've been working with for the past year while experiencing a new business culture and broadening your global perspective.

Each year the location of the international residency is determined after a thorough examination of which global business areas are most focused on innovation and technology. Recent classes have gone to Canada, China and countries in eastern Europe.

Your team will be assigned to a company you'll be researching. You will then interview their management team to gain material for your paper. Past students have written on topics such as the challenges of running a business in a particular country. Rochester Institute of Technology's relationships with international universities allow you to attend lectures on local business concerns, such as cross-cultural and financial regulations, and then apply what you learn to your international paper.
